Tim Bainton

Tim Bainton is the Founder & President of Blue Chip Sports Management & Consulting. Blue Chip owns, manages and consults with a wide variety of facilities across the country. Blue Chip has increased client revenues by $20 million since inception is 2009. Tim is regarded as a pioneer in the industry for his achievements in acquiring, building, and sustaining successful clubs, and he is also a world class development coach for junior athletes. Tim prides himself of seeing all angles of the health club industry as a coach, business executive, owner, educator, and change agent.  

Tim has been featured in Club Business International, Club Solutions and has over 100 published articles in Industry magazines. A world class speaker he has been a feature at IHRSA, SEME, PTR, UPSTA, US Open, Wimbledon, French Open and WTCA symposia. A co-author of “The Complete Coach” and “The Complete Player.” Tim’s newest book and the foundation of his presentation is “Health Club Management Mastery.” 

Tim is also the Founding partner of St Georges Capital and is a minority partner and advisor to AccuTennis. He is a past board member of the Women’s Tennis Coaches Association and current member of the United States Professional Tennis Association Mid-Atlantic Board. He holds graduate degrees from Georgetown University.
