• Fernando has more than 40 years of a professional career. He is a tennis development specialist recognized worldwide for his achievements and conceptual thinking ways. • Founder of the Segal Institute where they train leaders on Tennis Development and management transformations on projects • He is the author of 11 books on different tennis topics. • He has lectured on their concepts, experiences, and theories in several ITF Worldwide Coaches Conferences, more than 45 Tennis National Congresses, and courses in more than 40 countries. Being several times a member of Committees in the ITF and other International Committees. More than 6000 tennis coaches are using his theories on a worldwide basis. • He has worked with 5 National Tennis Federations as National Tennis Director and Development Consultant: Argentina, Brazil, Australia, Mexico, and New Zealand. Being the only Latin American Tennis Development Coach who has worked in the three largest countries in Latin America. (ARG / BRA / MEX). • From their Development Tennis Programs, Junior players being developed have won 16 Grand Slams Juniors and then, were Top 10 ATP / WTA and others Top 100, several ITF World Team Champions U14 & U16. • He is GPTCA President for Argentina, Chile, and Mexico, the official ATP body for the Certification of High-Performance coaches, and is a member of the scientific and management board of three different organizations worldwide. • Actually Fernando is running other projects in different countries with particular alliances and being Keynote Speaker in several Summits and Conferences for 2020 and 2021. He has several tennis development projects in place on different countries. • Fernando is a Tennis Worldwide reference, who actually is leading several tennis projects such as Tennis Stars with a presence in 16 countries with projects in operation. His main priority is to develop and to transform a new generation of tennis leaders.
